We're looking for thoughtful Guest Services Receptionists with an eye for quality to join our team and help grow Face Value while keeping it stimulating, creative and fulfilling.
The primary responsibility of this role is simple: create the best possible client experience.
To do this, in our team based culture, Guest Services Reps are able to collaborate with stylists and explore how to give each client the best stylist to achieve the desired outcomes for them. They are educated on to handle salon software, book appointments, respond to emails, check clients in and out, take cash and credit card payments, confirm appointments and run daily cash flow reports and make bank deposits.

As a member of the Face Value Team you are a vital part of what drives Face Value's success. From the moment the day begins you help set the tone for not only every client but as well as your co-workers. As part of the opening shift, you will be preparing the salon and team by reviewing the previous days activities and how that will apply to today. You will help with reviewing previous days sales numbers, customer experiences, and salon environment preparedness. As the day gets started, you will be working with every client to ensure their experience is at the highest level. Utilizing your welcoming, kind and fun attitude, you will be actively be taking steps to greet, offer a beverage, and prepare each client, setting the tone for their entire experience.
Throughout the day you will help maintain a schedule that is on time while maximizing stylist availability. During your free time you will also be participating in keeping the salon clean and organized; making sure hair is swept, laundry is done, organizing all areas and restocking products in the most efficient manner. Balancing the salon's needs with the client expectations, you will be keeping an ongoing communication with the Salon Manager who will be there to support you.
During your fare wells with each client you will assist with providing product education, maintaining client retention and soliciting customer feedback. This moment will leave the lasting impression and can alter the entire client experience. As the day winds down, and each employee is ending their shift, you will help delegate tasks to ensure the salon is prepared for the next day. You will be collecting data on the salons activities, make any notes to be reviewed for the next day and follow procedures to secure the salon.
