As a member of the Face Value Team you are a vital part of what drives Face Value's success. Arriving 15 minutes before the day begins you help set the tone a successful day for your clients. You will be attending the morning huddle, preparing your station, and reviewing your appointments for the day. You will review the upcoming clients histories to make sure you are ready to suggest and assist them to the best outcome for their upcoming appointment. As the day gets started, you will be working with every client to ensure their experience is at the highest level of satisfaction. Utilizing your welcoming, kind and fun attitude, you will be actively taking steps to greet, offer a beverage, setting the tone for their entire experience.
Throughout the day you will maintain your schedule to stay on time while maximizing client satisfaction. During your free time you will also be participating in keeping the salon clean and organized; making sure hair is swept, laundry is kept up, and organizing all areas in the most efficient manner. Balancing the salon's needs with the client expectations, you will be keeping an ongoing communication with the Front Desk who will be there to support you.
During your fare wells with each client you will assist with providing product education, maintaining client retention and soliciting customer feedback. This moment will leave the lasting impression and can alter the entire client experience. As the day winds down, and you are ending your shift, you will clean your station and complete your housekeeping tasks to ensure the salon is prepared for the next day. Making sure to notify the Front Desk when you leave.
