Client Satisfaction

All services are guaranteed if you contact us within one week of the original service should you encounter a concern. All texture and color services are guaranteed providing clients maintain the service with recommended AVEDA home care products. All products (except cosmetics) are guaranteed for exchange or salon credit within 30 days of purchase.


Please call to schedule your appointment at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your preferred date to allow us enough time to accomodate your request. All appointments that are scheduled to last 2 hours or more may require a credit card and/or a deposit to hold the appointment. Any 2 hour or longer appointment not canceled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge to your credit card.


If for any reason you are not able to keep your appointment or you want to make changes please call us at least 24 hours ahead of time and let us know. Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Please note if after your second no call or no show a credit card may be required to hold an appointment. Further no shows will result in your card being charged for the missed appointment.

Arrival Times

Please check in 5-10 minutes before your service. Enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or Aveda Comforting Tea to begin your pampering. Sometimes unforeseen events occur. Please let us know if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. Late arrival (10 minutes or more past your scheduled time) may result in the need to reschedule your service in order to give each of our guests the best possible experience and result.

Online Booking

We are glad to provide the convenience for booking your appointment online for hair cuts and dry bar services. We do ask that you call the salon for color and texture appointments as these require an assessment by our guest services team to schedule the right amount of time for the specific service you ultimately need.
