  3. Leave your stress behind - Enjoy a complimentary Aveda Sensory Ritual - like our stress-relieving neck & shoulder massage which restores balance and releases tension.
  4. You get a marvelous technical experience - Face Value's service reputation is built on the philosophy that we want you to look & feel your best, and tell your friends about us! To this end, we believe learning never ends, so our stylists are constantly taking classes and improving their knowledge and skills to stay ahead of the ever changing trends to keep you looking good!
  5. How to style at home - You're given a personalized recommendation to help you choose at-home products to maintain your new look.
  6. Planning ahead - to keep your hair looking it's very best, we offer pre-booking so you won't get caught with a bad hair day!

Your Face Value stylist has the training and intuition to know what hair styles will look best on you, and will explain how they fit your needs. Watch and interact with your stylist while he or she is doing your hair so you can learn how to recreate the style at home.

speak up-

Your Face Value stylist wants you to understand and be comfortable with the objective of the service. Ask questions if you don't understand something. Don't forget to tell your stylist if you have hair concerns.

a picture is worth a thousand words-

Bring in images of styles you like, but make sure each picture is of a woman with a face shape and hair texture similar to your own.

find your perfect match -

We want you to love your experience. Sometimes finding the perfect match may take more than one time. Please let us know within 1 week if you have any questions, concerns, or would like to try another stylist. We are a team and encourage you getting to know everyone to find your perfect match.

mutual respect -

Every healthy relationship relies on mutual respect. We do our best to run on-time and be here for you when you are counting on us. We ask the same of you. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we might not be able to see you because it could push our other appointments off for the day. Also, if you are not able to make your appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. That way we have a chance of rescheduling the time slot we have held for you. We know that emergencies can arise but if we see a pattern of same-day cancellations or no-show appointments with you, please note that 50% of the Service Cost may be applied. Our stylist has held this time especially for you and it is not fair or kind to cancel the same day. Would you want someone to do that to you?
